There is also a widget out there that does the exact same thing. Probably more user-friendly to those who have never fiddled with Applescript before.

Here’s the full screen Quicktime widget that Trevor was talking about. Seems pretty neat. I’d use it, but I like to use Quicksilver to launch the full screen script :)

thanks for the tip, now i can watch all my avi files in full screen on my new 20″ imac. Do you know a way to get transmission to atomaticaly start up and download?
